This method is invoked by the JPA DAOs when a resource has been newly created in the database. It will be invoked within the current transaction scope.

This method is called within the server database transaction, after the entity has been persisted and flushed to the database. It may not be a good candidate for security decisions depending on how your database is set up. Any exceptions thrown by this method will result in the transaction being rolled back. Thrown exceptions should be of a type which subclasses BaseServerResponseException.
